TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your session is not confirmed until the retainer (at least 80% of the total fee) is paid via mobile money (0551940373) not less than one week from the date of the event. The 20% should be completed no later than 3 days before the event.

  1. Services Provided. K2SHOTIT will provide the Client with a 360 photobooth (the “Booth”) for the duration of the event specified by the client in the booking form attached. The Booth will be set up and operated by a representative of the Company.
  2. K2SHOTIT 360 photobooth (the “booth”) is available for use by your guests during stipulated booking duration.
  3. Fees. The Client will pay the Company the fee specified in a served invoice for the rental of the Booth. The fee includes setup and breakdown of the Booth, and the services of a representative to operate the Booth during the Event. Transportation fees are to be arranged and agreed on separately by both parties.
  4.  Cancellation. In the event that the Client cancels the Event, the Client shall be responsible for paying the Company a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the retainer fee.
  5. The booth is intended for use by individuals aged 18 or over. Minors may only use the booth with the supervision and consent of a parent or guardian.
  6. The Company is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur while using the booth. Users of the booth do so at their own risk.
  7. The Company reserves the right to remove any user from the booth or event at any time, for any reason.
  8. The booth may only be used for lawful purposes. Any inappropriate, offensive, or illegal activity while using the booth will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the booth and event.
  9. The images and videos captured by the booth are the property of the Company. The Company reserves the right to use, edit, and distribute these images and videos for marketing and promotional purposes.
  10. The booth is provided on an “as is” basis, and the Company makes no warranties or representations about the booth or its suitability for any particular purpose.
  11. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the Company.
  12. By using the booth, users agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the booth.
